There was a bit of an issue with the delivery but the trout were delivered on time and were in excellent condition I will certainly be ordering them again

This is my favourite farm to buy fish from. The fish tastes beautiful and I really appreciate the care the farmers put in to taking care of the river which the trout live in and not stressing out the fish with too much handling. What beautiful products! Really thrilled with the top notch quality and the speed and efficiency of delivery. I ordered a variety of products, we'll eat the smoked trout fillets tonight and the others have gone into the freezer (potted trout, trout pate and sliced smoked trout). Also very impressed with clear instructions about whether the items are suitable for freezing. You can see that this has all been produced with great care and very high standards and that the food is beautiful, locally produced and lovely quality.
We are thoroughly enjoying our smoked trout at the moment. Ordering and delivery were both easy and precise, with our well wrapped and cooled package on our doorstep by 9am on our specified day of delivery, which we were very grateful for, as normal deliveries to us arrive after lunch.The trout in all the packs were beautifully presented in each. Then we come to the flavour. Oh ! The flavour is wonderful, the smoking not overpowering the delicate flavour of the actual fish, with a lovely texture on the pallette to give a real quality finish to a glorious product.
