Cauliflower and Hot Smoked Trout Casserole

  • 2 cup smashed cauliflower
  • 200 g hot smoked trout
  • 0.5 cup sliced carrot
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp garlic power
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground pepper
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl

  2. Give it a quick mix and transfer the mixture to a casserole dish

  3.  Bake at 180C for 40 minutes
