Cauliflower and Hot Smoked Trout Casserole
- 2 cup smashed cauliflower
- 200 g hot smoked trout
- 0.5 cup sliced carrot
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- 0.5 cup milk
- 1 tbsp garlic power
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp freshly ground pepper
Add all ingredients to a bowl
Give it a quick mix and transfer the mixture to a casserole dish
Bake at 180C for 40 minutes
